Rudy Mathey began his artistic activities at the age of 3 by singing in a folksong choir. Falsetto, he kept singing in choirs as a soloist until the age of 12. He started playing the clarinet when he was seven and found a real passion in this instrument witch led him to join the Royal Conservatory of Liège in 2008. In this establishment, he specialized in chamber music, orchestra, as well as writing.
He also studied acting and continues to develop projects combining theater and music. His musical references include classic and contemporary, as well as jazz and world music.
